You get overpower levels from Digistrucy Peak once you reach level 72. Your health does not go up past level 72 and you don't get any more skill points. You get to use OP gear against OP mobs and bosses. So basically you don't get stronger but your gear can be and what you are fighting does.

Pretty sure the Mechro does the most damage, just in a less than accurate kind of way. Against big targets like the raid bosses she'll be the best. Zero with a sniper build can dish out a lot of damage if you can get consistent critical hits. Pure consistent dps would be Salvador.
