Medium Rare co-founder Adam Richman — whose firm is known for over-the-top fêtes with Guy Fieri, Shaquille O’Neal, Travis Kelce and Rob Gronkowski — staged an equally elaborate food-centric affair for his own wedding.
Richman and bride Samantha Lentin’s reception at NYC’s Cipriani 42nd Street included pop-ups from famed meat meccas Katz’s Deli and 4 Charles Prime Rib.
The groom was photographed feeding his bride pastrami from behind a tricked-out Katz’s stand at the black-tie affair.
Downtown dessert destination Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream handled the sweets, and the wedding cake was by Food Network star Ron Ben-Israel.
If guests weren’t full enough following the main event, we hear that a late-night afterparty featured grub from Queens’ Utopia Bagels and Andrew Bellucci’s Pizza — as well as fast food chains Chick-fil-A and Shake Shack.
Guests took home cookies from Levain Bakery and Zola Bakes.
Adding to the flavor, Public Enemy rapper Flavor Flav emceed the evening, and A-Trak played an after-party DJ set.
Medium Rare’s annual events roster includes Shaq’s Fun House, Fieri’s Flavortown Tailgate, Gronkowski’s Gronk Beach and Kelce’s Kelce Jam.
It also does events for Sports Illustrated and Dave Portnoy.
Lentin is a child life specialist at NewYork-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns.
The Post previously reported that Richman has been known to eat out three or four nights a week at such notable city spots as Campagnola, 4 Charles Prime Rib and Yakiniku Futago.
He was quoted in a story on how tipping in restaurants after the COVID-19 pandemic in NYC started exceeding the once customary 20 percent, “On average I’m tipping 30 percent.”
The food pro added at the time, “I used to tip 20 percent. In some of my regular places I find myself tipping 40 to 50 percent. I find myself giving more to coat-check staff and bathroom attendants, too.”
He’d also said of the city’s food scene, “Halleljuah that indoor dining is open. Plain and simple, these employees are the lifeblood of our city.”
