Do we have to book online?

We recommend booking online to guarantee your preferred time slot. Alternatively, you can purchase a ticket when you arrive, subject to availability.

What is the minimum and maximum age?

Our Ninja Warrior sessions are for ages 4+. Children aged 4 must be accompanied at all times by a full fee paying adult.
Under 12s must be supervised on the course at all times by a parent/guardian.
We have an under 5s area available for smaller Ninjas.
Our Adventure Park has a variety of obstacles and inflatables suitable for all ages and abilities including adults. These include our Warrior Run which features the famous Ninja Warrior UK Warped Wall!
We recommend our weekday evening sessions for any teenagers or adults wishing to take the course more seriously!

Do I need a parent with me?

Any child under the age of 12 must have a parent/guardian on site at all times. Under 5s must have parental supervision on the equipment at all times. We politely ask the parent/guardian to supervise their children under the age of 8 in the toilet facilities.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in and collection of your wristbands before your session starts. Late arrival may result in missing part of your session or your booking being moved to the next available session where possible. We are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival or provide a partial/whole refund.

Do you have to sign a waiver or watch a briefing?

We require everyone to read and understand the Ninja Rules before they enter the Adventure Park, and to abide by them.
 No individual may access the Adventure Park without first reading and understanding the Ninja Rules. If you would like assistance with this or have any questions please ask a member of our team. Participants on the course are responsible for ensuring safe play by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety for themselves and our other guests, those who are deemed to be unsafe will be removed from the Adventure Park.

Do you have parking?

Parking is available on St Georges Retail park, which is free to customers using the Ninja Warrior park. Customers will need to enter their vehicle registration on entry to ensure no penalties are incurred. 3hrs free parking is offered by the parking administrator by default. If your stay is longer than 3 hours, you must input your vehicle registration number into the parking console located at reception.
Parking is owned and maintained by NCP therefore changes are out of our control and you must ensure you are clear on parking conditions as advertised by NCP. Ninja Warrior UK Leicester accept no responsibility and or liability relating to any parking issues, fines, penalties etc.

Are there any height restrictions?

You must be a minimum of 1.2m tall to for the Jump Tower

Where do we put our personal belongings?

Please do not take any valuables or jewellery onto the course. Free lockers are available to customers.
Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Park Leicester is not responsible for any theft or damage to your personal belongings.

Do I need to wear gloves?

Gloves are recommended for the use of our Ninja Fixed Obstacle course. A Ninja with sore hands is only half a Ninja! These are available from reception in a range of sizes. Please note: we do not allow chalk to be used on the course.

What should I wear?

We recommend you wear something comfortable and suitable for sports activities. Long t-shirts are recommended to protect your arms or you may wear sports shorts, t-shirts or leggings.

 Please ensure you have removed all jewellery and loose objects to prevent loss, damage or injury to yourself or others.

 You must wear trainers on the course and we advise you wear gloves to protect your hands.
Clean trainers are required for the fixed Ninja obstacles. Ninja socks are mandatory for the Airpark.
Anyone not dressed appropriately or wearing suitable footwear will be refused access to the course for your own safety, we will be unable to refund your missed session.

Can we bring our own food?

No, we have a café upstairs that serves a range of food and drinks.
No external food or beverage is allowed to be consumed on site.

Is there a spectator area?

Spectating is free of charge and can be done from the café area. Spectators in groups of two are requested not to take larger seating and table areas that are intended for families and larger groups. You may be asked to move if tables and seating is required.
