When actress turned lifestyle guru Gwyneth Paltrow shares recommendations, we listen, especially when her advice can change how we cook for the better.
The Goop founder recently took to Instagram to share a Q&A with her followers, one of whom asked the question to which we didn't realize we needed the answer. What cookware does she recommend?
Specifically, Gwyneth revealed the nontoxic cookware she uses in her iconic Montecito kitchen (designed byBrigette Romanek, no less), and she says it's the 'best cookware ever'.
The products deserving of this title come in the shape of Goop's iconic 10-piece cookware set, comprising the best non-stick pans and a casserole dish, to name a few of the pieces.

Available directly via Goop, these 'ten stunning hero pieces' may be seen as kitchen essentials, but practicalities aside, it's equally hard to ignore their aesthetic qualities.
There's a reason they're a staple in Gwyenth's white kitchen, and we'd say their creamy exterior and gold finishings have something to do with its appeal. They're also nontoxic, nonstick, and dishwasher-safe, just in case we need any more reasons to follow Gwyneth Paltrow's lead.
10-Piece Cookware Set
This set includes one five-quart casserole dish with a handled glass lid, one three-quart sauté pan with a handled glass lid, two open frypans (eight-inch and eleven-inch), and two saucepans (two-quart and three-quart) that each come with a handled glass lid.
Followers of Gwyneth may recognize this was not this cookware's first appearance on her Instagram. In fact, the actress has been known to show how she uses these pans in everyday life. If she's not cooking up her famous 'Boyfriend Breakfast,' she's trying out new recipes, much like the Swiss chard, potatoes, and fried eggs (seen in the pan below).

'I learned a new technique here from one of you where you add some water to the pan while frying – revelation.' she says.

'I spend a lot of my time in the kitchen, so cooking with high-functioning, nontoxic, and beautiful cookware is really important to me,' Gwyneth also formerly shared via her Instagram stories. 'This is why we created goop cookware – all of the pots and pans are clean, nontoxic, and dishwasher safe.'
Whether we're cooking up breakfast in SoCal on the Central Coast of California or a dinner party on the East Coast, this cookware set is perfect for the job (both practically and aesthetically). And if it's Gwyneth's favorite, we're not about to argue with that.
