Can I renew my Arizona CCW online? ›

How long does it take for an application to process? The average wait time is 75 days. If you have not received your permit after 75 days, please email the Concealed Weapons Permit Unit.

A concealed weapons permit is valid for five years. Permits are renewable for five-year periods, but applicants must undergo a new criminal history record check.

Since Arizona has permitless carry, any person who is at least 18 years old who can legally possess a firearm may open carry, and any person at least 21 years old may concealed carry a firearm without a permit. Firearm Prohibitions in Arizona

Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 4-229(A) now states, “A person may carry a concealed handgun on the premises of a [bar or restaurant licensed to serve alcohol] unless the licensee posts a sign that clearly prohibits the possession of weapons on the licensed premises.”
