TM04 Calm Mind The user quietly focuses its mind and calms its spirit to raise its Sp. Atk and Sp. Def stats. Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Seafolk Village.
TM05 Roar The target is scared off and replaced by another Pokemon in its party. In the wild, the battle ends. Head over to Kala'e Bay and follow the beach going south. The TM is as the end!
TM06 Toxic A move that leaves the target badly poisoned. Its poison damage worsens every turn. Go to Aether Paradise dock station and follow the left path all the way to the end.
TM07 Hail
The user summons a hailstorm lasting five turns. It damages all Pokemon except the Ice type. Buy it for $50,000 at the Pokemon Center in Royal Avenue.

Bulk Up The user tenses its muscles to bulk up its body, boosting both its Attack and Defense stats. Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Konikoni City.
TM09 Venoshock The user drenches the target in a special poisonous liquid. Its power is doubled if the target is poisoned. Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Konikoni City.
TM10 Hidden Power
A unique attack that varies in type and intensity depending on the Pokemon using it. Speak to the girl inside the Daycare at Paniola Ranch.
TM11 Sunny Day The user intensifies the sun for five turns, powering up Fire-type moves. Buy it for $50,000 at the Pokemon Center in Royal Avenue.
TM12 Taunt The target is taunted into a rage that allows it to use only attack moves for three turns. Head over to Route 13 and enter the RV in the back to speak with a Punk Guy.
TM13 Ice Beam
The target is struck with an icy-cold beam of energy. It may also freeze the target solid. Get to Mount Lanakila and the cave. Follow one of the paths to find the TM at a dead end.
TM14 Blizzard
A howling blizzard is summoned to strike the opposing team. It may also freeze them solid. Buy it for $30,000 at the Pokemon Center at Seafolk Village.
TM15 Hyper Beam The target is attacked with a powerful beam. The user must rest on the next turn to regain its energy. Buy it for $50,000 at the Pokemon Center at Seafolk Village.
TM16 Light Screen A wondrous wall of light is put up to suppress damage from special attacks for five turns. Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Heahea City.
TM17 Protect It enables the user to evade all attacks. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession. Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Heahea City.
TM18 Rain Dance The user summons a heavy rain that falls for five turns, powering up Water-type moves. Buy it for $50,000 at the Pokemon Center in Royal Avenue.
TM19 Roost The user lands and rests its body. It restores the user's HP by up to half of its max HP. Go to Route 3 and defeat every trainer before facing Ace Trainer Makana to get it as a reward.
TM20 Safeguard The user creates a protective field that prevents status problems for five turns. Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Heahea City.
TM21 Frustration A full-power attack that grows more powerful the less the user likes its Trainer. Go to Malie City and head to the Malasada shop to the left of the Pokemon Center. Talk to the Oranguru inside to get the TM!
TM22 Solar Beam A two-turn attack. The user gathers light, then blasts a bundled beam on the second turn.
Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Seafolk Village.
TM23 Smack Down The user throws a stone or projectile to attack an opponent. A flying Pokemon will fall to the ground when hit. Go to Farthest Hallow in Ten Carat Hill and take the path through the tall grass in the east all the way up to get the TM!
TM24 Thunderbolt A strong electric blast is loosed at the target. It may also leave the target with paralysis. Go to Sandy Cave at Big Wave Beach and use Lapras to Surf across the water and Machamp to push the stone and get the TM!
TM25 Thunder A wicked thunderbolt is dropped on the target to inflict damage. It may also leave the target with paralysis. Buy it for $30,000 at the Pokemon Center at Seafolk Village.
TM26 Earthquake The user sets off an earthquake that strikes those around it. Head inside Resolution Cave and use Tauros to smash through some rocks blocking this TM.
TM27 Return A full-power attack that grows more powerful the more the user likes its Trainer. Go to Malie City and head to the Malasada shop to the left of the Pokemon Center. Talk to the Oranguru inside to get the TM!
TM28 Leech Life
The user drains the target's blood. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target. Go to the Akala Outskirts right before the Ruins of Life and walk along the ledge near the water to get the TM.
TM29 Psychic The target is hit by a strong telekinetic force. It may also reduce the target's Sp. Def stat. Wicke will give you this TM the first time you reach the Aether Paradise.
TM30 Shadow Ball The user hurls a shadowy blob at the target. It may also lower the target's Sp. Def stat. Get to Route 14 and hop into the water. Swim over to the ruins of an old lighthouse to find this TM.
TM31 Brick Break The user attacks with a swift chop. It can also break any barrier such as Light Screen and Reflect. Walk into Verdant Cavern and walk through the cavern to get to the TM on the left side.
TM32 Double Team By moving rapidly, the user makes illusory copies of itself to raise its evasiveness. Use Lapras to swim to the island off the beach east of Wela Volcano Park and walk around the fishing hole in the middle to get this TM.
TM33 Reflect A wondrous wall of light is put up to suppress damage from physical attacks for five turns. Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Heahea City.
TM34 Sludge Wave
It swamps the area around the user with a giant sludge wave. It may also poison those hit. Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Seafolk Village.
TM35 Flamethrower The target is scorched with an intense blast of fire. It may also leave the target with a burn. Before you fight the line of trainers at the end of Ancient Poni Path, crawl through the small hole hidden by the roots of a tree. Follow the path to get to the TM.
TM36 Sludge Bomb Unsanitary sludge is hurled at the target. It may also poison the target. Get inside the Shady House and get to the second floor. Enter the room on the left side.
TM37 Sandstorm A five-turn sandstorm is summoned to hurt all combatants except the Rock, Ground, and Steel types. Buy it for $50,000 at the Pokemon Center in Royal Avenue.
TM38 Fire Blast The target is attacked with an intense blast of all-consuming fire. It may also leave the target with a burn. Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Seafolk Village.
TM39 Rock Tomb Boulders are hurled at the target. It also lowers the target's Speed by preventing its movement. On the way down the right side of Wela Volcano Park, walk along the ledge to get this TM.
TM40 Aerial Ace The user confounds the target with speed, then slashes. The attack lands without fail. Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Konikoni City.
TM41 Torment The user torments and enrages the target, making it incapable of using the same move twice in a row. On Route 5
TM42 Facade This attack move doubles its power if the user is poisoned, burned, or paralyzed. Buy it for $10,000 at the Pokemon Center at Malie City.
TM43 Flame Charge Cloaking itself in flame, the user attacks. Then, building up more power, the user raises its speed stat. On Route 8, obtained after encountering and speaking to Colress.
