Usage
The Livid Dagger has 100 ☣Crit Chance and 50 ⚔Bonus Attack Speed. It requires a The Catacombs - Floor V completion to use.
When hitting an enemy from their back, critical hits deal 2x damage.
When its ability is used, it throws a sword forward, dealing damage to enemies it hits.
The Livid Dagger deals 2x damage when hitting your opponent's back.
However, the "Throw" ability deals 4x instead of 2x when hitting their back.

Trivia
- Its "Throw" ability can hit any Mythological Creature even without the required Griffin Pet.
- Using "Throw" ability on the silverfish in the Ice Path dungeon puzzle room, the silverfish will be killed and the puzzle will be unsolveable, but it will be marked as not finished instead of failed.
- If the "Throw" ability is used on Jerry on Private Islands, it will show that it has hit an enemy and dealt damage. However, Jerry cannot be killed this way.
- This weapon's best reforge is Fabled since the ❁Strength nerf. However, Withered still grants more damage on the thrown dagger than Fabled due to the up to 20% extra ☣Crit Chance multiplier not working on the ability. Fabled outclasses Withered right now because 20% of the player’s ❁Strength is no longer applied as base weapon ❁Damage. If you cannot afford either of these, use Suspicious.
- However, if you are using a Tarantula Helmet, Withered is much better.
- Reforging this weapon to Fast will give it 100% attack speed.
