Description

Liquid smoke is a natural product and not synthetic in nature. Wet hickory wood is burned and the concentrated moisture is then bottled. Liquid smoke is a very concentrated product and only one teaspoon is required for each five pounds of meat. Liquid smoke should be used sparingly as too much of it will give the meat a burnt taste. It can be added directly to the meat when mixing. Add smoke flavor to turkey, fish and poultry in your kitchen oven. Simply mix the ingredients from our kits with cold water, soak your meat and then cook it in the oven as usual. It’s easy, quick and convenient.

    great smell and taste if you just want to cook your product in the oven. haven’t tried it in the smoke house yet but beat it will be great, just remember to follow the direction prefect though.

    I purchased this smoke for I wanted to make some smoke sausage. I followed the instructions 1 tps for 5 lbs meat. This was my first time using the sausage maker liquid smoke. I tried using other brands with unsuccessful. I am very please with the sausage maker smoke and will be ordering more. I will highly recommend this to anyone.

    It doesn't need to be refrigerated, but of course it wouldn't hurt it either.

    Sure you can, but there is no need to add liquid smoke if you plan of smoking.
