How do you get the exotic cipher in 2022?
There are currently three methods for earning Exotic Ciphers: reach level 55 in the Season Pass, complete a quest from Xur, or purchase the Forsaken Pack DLC.
Players can only carry one of them at any given time and must spend theirs to acquire another one. The process to get one is fairly straightforward, though it can consume a fair bit of your time. Here's how you can get an Exotic Cipher and pick up some of the best guns in Destiny 2.
Xur: Agent of the Nine and a vendor in Destiny 2. He sells Legendary and Exotic items for Legendary Shards. He only appears on the weekends between 12 PM EST on Friday to 12 PM EST on Tuesday, and his location changes each week.
How to get Xenology Quest? Xenology quest can only be gained from Xur, agent of the nine vendor and it is a recurring quest. He spawns on various locations like the Tower Hundar, EDZ, or Nessus on Fridays every weekend starting on Friday (1 pm EST) and ending on Tuesday at the same time.
Its ability to shoot rockets that would then “splinter” into smaller, homing rockets made it one of the more unique items in its class during the early days of the game.
Osteo Striga is a Kinetic SMG; its ability to clear large groups of enemies quickly makes it a powerful PvE (player versus environment) weapon, and the tracking capability of the rounds it fires can be devastating to opposing Guardians in the Crucible (also known as PvP).
Gnawing Hunger is the best Legendary Auto Rifle in Destiny 2 right now. Many consider this an S-tier weapon due to its higher impact damage and large magazine capacity. In addition, it has excellent base stats and a great fire rate. You can kill any Major in the game with a single reload.
In terms of leveling up Xur's Strange Favor Ranks fast, the best way to do that is to keep playing Dares of Eternity without switching to other activities. This mode includes a streak bonus, like all the other playlists.
The player must spend the Cipher at the Monument to Lost Lights before they can turn the quest in to Xûr and get another Cipher as a reward. Turning in the quest prevents the player from acquiring a new copy of Xenology until the following weekend.
Since it does not expire, you will have to complete the one that's been abandoned before Xur will give you another one. Progress for the quest is tracked account-wide, so picking it up with one of your other characters and completing it will allow your Warlock to pick up a new one a week later.
How do I get the truth exotic quest?
To begin the process of unlocking Truth, head to the Menagerie on the Leviathan and complete a run. After looting the chest at the end, you will receive the Truth quest item, A Scrap of Paper. From here, head to the Dreaming City and speak with Petra Venj. Complete an Ascendant Challenge in the Dreaming City.
Completed Exotic Cypher quest disappears if you already hold a cypher and talk to Xur. There is no option to not complete quest, cypher does not go to mailbox, you do not get 2 cyphers. In other areas of the game, you either get it sent to your postmaster, or the quest does not complete, or you can stack items.

If you're new to Destiny 2 and need a bit more information about how this works, you should know that Xur is a special vendor who sells exotic weapons and armor. Each week, he comes to the solar system with a slate of goods, including an exotic weapon and one piece of exotic armor for each character class.
Does Xur still sell Exotics in the game's sequel? Yes, he does! His arsenal now includes Exotic and Legendary armor and weapons with random rolls. The main currencies you need to buy from Xur are Legendary Shards and Glimmer, but some of his exotic wares require spending Ascendant Shards and Exotic Cyphers as well.
Xur will always have Exotic engrams, and every week, you can purchase one for 97 Legendary Shards. You can also get a second one with an Exotic Cypher, which you can earn by getting a quest from Xur and completing the objectives.
He leaves the game every Sunday and returns on a Friday, although the time will vary by daylight savings time and would either be 10AM or 9AM in the UK. This converts to 1AM or 2AM in PST, USA, so this is one reason why some can't find Xur in Destiny today.
You only earn three Forsaken ciphers through the Forsaken Pack. However, you can still unlock Forsaken-era items by earning Exotic Ciphers throughout your play! Check out Xur every week for a quest to earn more!

The lone Sword stands at the top of this list. The Lament is an absolute beast and allows for some of the most DPS in the game, due to its ability to be revved up and deal massive bonus damage.
Is sleeper better than Gjallarhorn?
Ghally is better in most situations. But in where we need damage and only damage, Sleeper is the pick.
Destiny 2 isn't Pay 2 Win. There is nothing you can buy that gives you an inherent advantage over everybody else, even in Crucible.
Players will need to have 3 Ascendant Alloys, 140 Ruinous Element, and 2,000 Neutral Element to be able to craft it. The catalyst buffs the Osteo Striga's range and stability.
Osteo Striga is one of the best and easiest to use PVE weapons in the entire game. In fact, even players with disabilities praise it, as it doesn't require a perfect aim to be effective. And once you unlock its catalyst, it becomes even more powerful.
The Cerberus+1 is a divisive gun in the Destiny 2 fanbase. For some players, it's a lot of fun and works really well in PVE or Crucible. For others, it's an inconsistent nightmare that's frustrating to wield.
