How long can ark dinos survive without food?
Depends a lot of how many dinos and what kind, also. I'd say anticipate 13 hours till all meat in a trough is rotten. (number taken from a quick google and some calculations). So plan to log on every 2-3 days minimum, to feed stuff.
Weeks. I've seen abandoned animals survive for over 2 weeks without food. It goes down really slow, when i was in the process of moving bases i left some at my old place, it's been about 2 weeks now and they only got to half hunger, except for the pigs because well, pigs are pigs.

Dinos have a 7 days reset timer IIRC. So after 7 days, anyone flying close to your base will make them disappear for ever. Best bet is find a trustworthy ally who can feed for you and who could potentially log in at least once to reset the timers.
