Easiest to kill would be Pyro Pete. But the fastest to get crystals from is Hyperious because you can kill him and walk behind the gate to un-spawn his minions, then kill him again. I would say voracidous in hammerlock's bgh. Get a tresspasser, kill chief before he can pass the shield, then fibber him to death.
Strategy for Defeating Tyreen the Destroyer
The likes of a powerful Assault Rifle or SMG would be ideal. When it comes to defeating Tyreen, you will want to always aim for her head as this is the weakest spot on her body. Upon shooting Tyreen, she will fire a laser beam from her eyes that will track your movement.
If you reckon you're a bonafide badass, see if you have what it takes to survive True Takedown Mode. This optional mode tunes the Takedowns to their original design: brutally difficult gauntlets, made for full parties of four tightly coordinated Vault Hunters who are all at max level with optimal gear.
