The Boneyard at Round Top has a new owner, and we could not be any prouder. What is next for us? Well, David has earned some much-needed downtime and the Barnwood Builders Team is hard at it working on our future. Unfortunately, that means we will not be at the Round Top Antique Show in the Spring of 2021.

Their goal is to put new life into worn-out structures and barns. After many ventures salvaging the aged wood Mark and his crew have moved into Texas. Barnwood Builders has acquired a new location in Round Top, Texas.

Entrepreneur David Snell and Mark Bowe, host of DIY Network's Barnwood Builders, came together to plan The Boneyard at Round Top, on property formerly known as Chelsea's Meadow.

“The Boneyard" in Garland is the first skate park to be developed in Garland at Rick Oden Park. The skate park is the second largest in the State of Texas, boasting a total of 46,000 square feet, including integrated skate features that combine street terrain, transition terrain, and a beginner area!

Great question! That gets worked out with each individual seller. Sometimes they do the cleanup and sometimes we send in a crew after we reclaim the logs.
