How do I fix websites not showing pictures? ›

First, make sure that you're viewing the latest version of your website by clearing the cache. You can also try disabling ad blockers and other browser extensions to rule out that the issue may be happening only on your device. To ensure the file is uploaded, go to the file manager and check if the image file is there.

Make sure that the file type is supported by the browser (e.g. supported types include PNG, JPEG, and GIF). Additionally, check if the filename is spelled correctly and its case-sensitivity is correct. Finally, try adding a '/' at the beginning of the src path.

If an image is not visible in the webpage then it's likely an issue on your end and not the web page you're visiting. Also, it may be due to browser settings or incompatibilities. It means it is not present in your directory or the filename is different. The alt attribute is used to assign a text alternative to an img.
