We have been here for 15 yrs. Raising our children here was the best decision. It's close to Perris so some rifrafs tend to be in the area especially in the high-schools. Over all, clean community, semi snobbish people and horrible traffic. Other than that, this has been 🏡 home

My overall experience in Menifee has been mostly good. The layout is nice and the town center gives the city a good sense of community. The only thing I would like to see change would be the busy street of Newport rd. Especially during the holidays, I will say it is a nice quiet city, majority of the residents seem to be older people who are settling down so it does serve as a nice quiet place to be.

Moving to Audie Murphy Ranch in Menifee has been the best decision my family could have made! We have amazing parks in the community and brand new schools here too.
It’s actually affordable to buy a nice house here, majority of people buy out here who are tired of LA pricing. We love our doctors here and the grocery stores are very helpful and friendly which has been a refreshing change.
