Is the Thunder Helm worth it in BotW? ›

While wearing the Thunder Helm, Link will gain three points of defense and will not take any damage from Lightning strikes. The Thunder Helm has a defense guard point of 3 and cannot be upgraded by the Great Fairy Fountains. A precious heirloom passed down among the Gerudo.
