Block calls from your phone

Block calls on your wireless phone

Tap the info icon next to the number or contact you want to block. Then, select Block this caller. Android: Open your phone app and go to your recent calls. Tap the contact or number you want to block, then tap the info icon.

Block unwanted calls with Call Block (*60)

Open the AT&T ActiveArmor^SM mobile security app and tap Calls. Scroll to Network call preferences. Choose one: Block caller: You can block calls from your call log, contact list, or manually.

The national Do Not Call list protects landline and wireless phone numbers. You can register your numbers on the national Do Not Call list at no cost by calling 1-888-382-1222 (voice) or 1-866-290-4236 (TTY). You must call from the phone number you wish to register.

If you're receiving calls from numbers you've blocked, there could be several reasons behind it: Spoofing: Callers can use technology to manipulate their caller ID and make it appear as though they're calling from a different number, which may not be on your blocked list.

In addition to blocking fraud and spam calls, with AT&T ActiveArmor^SM mobile security, you can add numbers to your personal block list.

AT&T Call Protect: Available to AT&T consumer postpaid wireless customers with iOS or Android smartphones that are eligible for AT&T HD Voice. Temporary Call Block: Req's AT&T Call Protect App. Permits blocking of phone numbers for up to 30 days at a time. Does not permit blocking of unknown numbers.
