Lure Ball is best for Zacian. Seeing as Eternatus has a 100% capture rate, I'd rather save my Master Ball for something like a shiny Gmax raid mon. Just to be safe. Eternatus also seems more like an Ultra Beast than a Pokémon to me, so Beast Ball is gg, IMO.

Zacian/Zamazenta have a catch rate of 10 out of 255, so pretty low. They make good candidates for the Master Ball, but it's not needed.

Best ball is always Quick ball on the 1st turn, then Timer ball after turn 10 overall. Heavy is always better for heavy mons.

You can catch any pokemon without a master ball, master balls just have a better chance (100% chance to catch) at catching a pokemon than any of the others. Can you catch Zacian? Yes you can, but only Pokemon Sword.

Keep in mind, Zacian is a Legendary with a catch rate of 10. Common Pokemon like Rookidee have a catch rate in the mid 200s.
