Considering the fact that Black Frieza managed to one-shot Ultra Instinct Goku AND Ultra Ego Vegeta, who both should probably be stronger than a SSJB Vegito, who mollywhopped Fused Zamasu, normal Zamasu wouldn't stand a ghost of a chance against Frieza.
Even though he's immortal, he's not invincible, he can be damaged - meaning Frieza could very well just wear down Zamasu's stamina and torture him for a while, before leaving him brutally beaten or something.

WBH-LM27 pretty much explained it since Frieza right now one-shot Ultra Instinct Goku AND Ultra Ego Vegeta who are WAAAAY stronger than Super Saiyan God Blue Vegito. As we know SSGB Vegito sh*t stomped Fused Zamasu who is stronger than Zamasu...so yeah Zamasu is extinguished.

Zamasu's immortality can be wear down and Frieza is MUCH stronger to a point where Future Zamasu is a fly to Frieza and no matter what ability Zamasu has is weaker. Given the fact Frieza pretty much wrecked Ultra Instinct Goku AND Ultra Ego Vegeta. Oh and plus immortality may not be such a good thing since Frieza is pretty much sad*stic, and also Frieza has sealing ability where he could seal Zamasu and keep him around as a punching bag.

He has Paralysis Inducement which can trap opponents within his Imprisonment Ball, in which they cannot move.
Imprisonment Ball - Frieza can trap his opponent within a sphere of ki, preventing them from escaping, and while they're trapped within, he can toy with them, kicking them around like a ball before ultimately kicking them into the ground, causing a massive explosion. This explosion is so powerful that it creates a vacuum, sucking everything nearby to its center.
Death Psycho Bomb – Frieza catches the opponent with a small, invisible energy sphere shot from his index finger in a fashion similar to his Death Beam. Then, he raises his arm upward, controlling and pulling the opponent high in the air with telekinesis. Finally, Frieza clenches his hand into a fist, detonating the opponent's ki and causing them to explode.
