Where to Get Maiden’s Blood in Elden Ring
To get the Maiden’s Blood, you need to go to the Rose Church in the Liurnia of the Lakes. There, you will have to speak to the man, and he’ll ask your opinion about the Two Fingers. Tell him, “They didn’t seem right,” and in return, he will give you 5 Festering Bloody Fingers.
Use the bloody fingers, and after that, he will give you the Lord of Blood’s Favor and asks you to soak it in the blood of a maiden. This can be done with any maiden, but there are two maidens that are the nearest.
The first one is near the Church of Inhibition, northwest of the Minor Erdtree. As for the second maiden, you have to visit The Four Belfried and grab the Imbued Sword Key from the chest in front of the highest belfry.
Use the item on the belfry that reads Precipice of Anticipation, which will send you to the Chapel of Anticipation. You have to fight the Grafted Scion again, but this time, you are strong enough to defeat it.

After defeating him, cross the bridge, and you will find the corpse of a maiden. Interact with her and then return to Rose Church and give Varre the bloody cloth.
