Morven Stroud is the ghostly soul of a former Breton trader who got trapped at the Soul Cairn. He messed with a coven of necromancers, by selling fake ingredients, and that did not end well.
Since he has nothing better to do, as he likes to sarcastically point out, he will trade 25× Soul Husks for one of the following random items:
- Swords, e.g. Virtuous Glass Sword
- Battleaxes, e.g. Ebony Battleaxe of Exhaustion
- Light armor, e.g. Scaled Boots of Dwindling Shock
- Heavy armor, e.g. Orcish Armor of Eminent Health
- Spell tomes, e.g. Spell Tome: Flames

- The items obtainable from Morven use the same lists as the highest tier random rewards in dungeons, ranging from iron weapons and the most basic spells to expert-level Daedric weapons and spells. This also means that even at level 100 you can get an iron weapon.
