What are the new features of the food and drinks service?
A wide range of sustainable and healthy food and drinks with the touch of chef Ramón Freixa, a chef who has received 2 Michelin Stars and 3 Repsol Suns in his Madrid restaurant.
You can enjoy food and drinks during breakfast, morning snack, lunch, evening snack or dinner, depending on the journey and the time slot in which you travel. On short journeys, we offer you a small snack, consisting of a drink and something to munch on.
Lunch and dinner include a starter, main course and dessert. Breakfast includes a main course and dessert, accompanied by pastries. In the case of the morning and evening snacks, you can enjoy two pieces, whether salty (small or large sandwiches) or sweet.All menus are served with hot and cold drinks and, depending on the time of day, with alcoholic beverages. They also include the corresponding side dishes and condiments, according to the type of meal: bread, jam, butter, oil, vinegar, etc.
Remember that you can choose betweenthree different Premium menus on board if you are travelling on trains that serve lunch or dinner: pasta, meat and fish. The crew will hand over the menu with the three different options available to you.
If you need a special menu adapted to your diet, please do not hesitate to request it at the time of purchase of your ticket and at least 12 hours before the departure of your train. We can provide you with the following menus: children, strict vegetarian, ovo-lacto vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, Kosher, Halal, low-salt, meat-free and low-sugar.
