Sylvester Stallone might be 70 but that hasn’t stopped him having a serious six pack.
Age is but a number in Sly’s case, as he has proven he’s rocking some serious abs, leaving everyone with total bodyenvy.
Not only that – it’s down to him chowing down on pizza, apparently.
He posted a shot on Instagram of him and his pal who owns a pizza joint, and credited the Italian meal for helping him maintain his beefed up core.
OK sure, he probably lifts a weight or two, and perhaps does a little core work now and then. But on Sly’s advice, we’re off to order a stuffed crust with extra pepperoni and mushrooms hoping for a chizled midriff in no time.
He took the shot while hanging out in the Beverly Hills eatery with friend Richie Palmer, but he deleted the image shortly after. Maybe he realised he was making us all envious as heck.
As well as the pizza, his abs might have something to do with his new found love of Pilates – he’s been attending classes with his daughter and despite his years of boxing and weight lifting, he’s called the classes ‘brutal.’
He wrote: ‘I’ve lifted weights I have boxed, wrestled, Track and field, played football and many other sports… But this workout pushes you to the limit…’

Well at least he can go home and bosh a load of pizza afterwards.
Sounds like 70 is the new 40 – Janet Street Porter recently spoke out about sex and being a septuagenarian to break down the taboo of ‘older people having sex.’
She said:‘When I was in my 20s, I couldn’t imagine older people like my parents having sex. But now older people are less embarrassed about talking about it. There was a survey recently that said that people in their 80s were having more sex than people in their 60s.
‘Older people don’t stop thinking about sex: they might want it differently, or not as often, but they don’t suddenly lose their sensory perception, or their need to be tactile. When you reach 70, your bits don’t just drop off!’
