I want to read berserk, but do I have to read them chapters 00a, 00b... 00p? 00a, 00b... 00p chapters what exactly happens? Should I start reading directly from chapter 1?

Yes, you do need to read everything. First and foremost: keep in mind that Berserk has a certain terminology. Each episode (every small magazine release) is part of a chapter. Several chapters are part of an arc.
When Berserk was first published in Animal House Monthly, magazine releases (minus the first and second ones) were known as a "revenge". Hence, you'd have Revenge 1, Revenge 2... You can see what I mean here (note: it's in Japanese!).
When the magazine in which Berserk was published folded and Berserk was resumed in its successor, Young Animal, these "revenges" were no more. Instead, each magazine installment would become an "episode". These number-and-letter methods are used by websites to show the differences between the two magazine releases.
For the record, the first episode was published in the fifth volume! Revenge 2 and 3 were merged to form Guardian Angels of Desire 2, and Revenge 4 and 5 were merged to form Guardian Angels of Desire 3.

In simple words you have to read bro....... To continue the story. It's necessary 👍
It's not even "to continue the story", but to kickstart it. After all, Berserk is told in medias res.
Start from Golden age , then Black Swordsman , and after if I’m correct would be the most children’s arc .
Don't.
Berserk is told in medias res for a reason. It's used to create tension before the mystery of Guts' vengeance. The surprise isn't what happens, but how and why.
Even the first anime shows a bit of the Black Swordsman arc to set that something will take a turn for the worse for Guts and the world-something related to Griffith.

See but I’m going based off Guts story not the overall plot that’s going on in the world of Berserk.
Come conviction and Fantasia the story starts to drift from just Guts story .
That's the reason: Guts.
When it was first released, episodes included the line (in English!) "Why has he got burned with revengeful thought ?". This was a direct appeal to what moved the reader to find out more about him. If you started with Golden Age, you'd already know the answer, and the story would veer from its mystery tones.
Reading "Black Swordsman" and "Lost Children", back to back has the notion of going against Miura's work building: Rosine's character was born out of the necessity of not featuring a character that resembled the Count when it came to show Guts at his lowest.
The story also assumes you remember "Black Swordsman" in terms of worldbuilding. For example, the reader knows how beherits work or how sacrifices are made.

I understand that , I personally started with the ‘97 anime which covers the Golden Age arc . Then I doubled back and read Black Swordsman , but that didn’t mess it up for me , I just seen Guts story and what lead to him becoming the Black Swordsman . Imo tho it truly doesn’t matter how you start Berserk because in the end your in for a beautiful story told in a very complex way .
What do you think?
