Can mui Goku survive hakai?
In summation. While Goku would be unable to survive a true Hakai blast as seen in Dragon Ball Super, it seems as though he can survive the weakened version of Destruction Energy. Beerus did save Goku from this energy in the end, yet the Saiyan showed no signs of being unable to handle the energy himself.
Sadly in the manga debut Toriyama hasn't confirmed Goku learning hakai to be canon. Goku can not and probably will not ever be able to use the hakai.

His title cannot be discussed after we saw him display such strength and might during the Tournament of Power. Jiren is the only mortal being to be above a God of destruction, meaning it is almost impossible for the Hakai to affect him.
While Goku and Jiren were relatively evenly matched during the Tournament of Power, and once MUI came into play, Goku will eventually beat Jiren with ease. The Moro arc already saw Goku prioritizing his control over MUI, a critical factor in Goku's survival versus Jiren.
In the manga, Goku initially believes that Hakai can destroy an immortal like Future Zamasu, but Beerus later confirms it cannot. In the anime, Goku believes it cannot destroy an immortal, which Whis then indirectly supports by saying they have a sealing technique to deal with Zamasu.
In the manga version of the Universal Conflict Saga, Fused Zamasu implies that his immortality allowed him to survive Future Zeno's Erase.
Beerus, the first god of destruction in Dragon Ball Super, is naturally number one. His hakai ability has been demonstrated with him destroying the soul of Doctor Masharito and Zamasu. He destroys planets with ease and can even concentrate his hakai down to just barely destroying Vegeta's armor when training him.
For years, anime fans have questioned whether or not Goku can beat Saitama, and he most definitely can. After achieving his Perfected Super Saiyan Blue form, Goku gained the ability to use Hakai, which is used by Gods of Destruction to erase beings from existence. Even Saitama cannot survive such an ability.
TLDR: Toppo was holding back Hakai to not destroy Vegeta but just nullify his attacks, Vegeta used SSB aura to burn through the Hakai.
Can Jiren beat his own God?
In Dragon Ball Super, Jiren is said to be a mortal who is stronger than a God of Destruction. Because of this, he is rumored to be able to beat his own God of Destruction, Belmod, and possibly Beerus.
The in-story reason for this is provided in the Dragon Ball Super manga series. Speaking with Vegeta, Goku reveals that ever since the Tournament of Power ended, he's been unable to repeat his Ultra Instinct transformation, implying that the power can only be used in the direst of situations.
So if Gogeta fought UI Goku, his SSJG would be enough to beat UI Sign Goku and challenge Ultra Instinct, and his SSJB form would stomp. Gogeta could still use SSJB Kaioken or Evolution and before anyone brings out “He would last 2 seconds” a second in anime can literally be a whole fight.
And It's Not Goku. While Goku has been able to channel the power of the gods, he is still no match for Lord Beerus, but one Z Fighter can succeed where Goku failed.
Despite this, Vegeta's Ultra Ego stood side by side with Goku's Ultra Instinct at pretty much all points in time they were shown fighting together. The two forms were undoubtedly portrayed to be equal in power which makes it seem as though Vegeta is actually miles ahead of Goku when it comes to baseline strength.
Deus ex machina is the most powerful character in Future Diary. He is known as the ruler of Time and Space. His control over these domains allows him to create the Future Diaries. Due to his ability to warp reality, he can defeat Ultra Instinct Goku as easily as Featherine.
Strength. With Ultra Ego being the tool of Dragon Ball Super's Gods of Destruction and focusing on intent and wills, Ultra Ego is likely the superior form in terms of strength. While Ultra Instinct is still quite strong and respectable, that form relies more on dodges and counters to succeed.
Odin dominates Goku in intelligence and battle strategy. If there's anyone who can think their way around Goku's massive advantages, it's Odin. Goku beats Odin in physical capabilities, but Odin might just be too smart for him.
Similarly, Goku's strength far exceeds Scarlet Witch's at almost any point throughout Dragon Ball, but especially in Ultra Instinct form. Even if he lands just one punch, it will certainly count, and almost undoubtedly do significant damage to her.
On the other hand, Goku hasn't defeated beings capable enough of creating entire universes, stop time for long periods, and one with plates capable enough of negating specific attacks. On that note, Arceus's durability is limitless compared to Goku, who can tire out during fights.
Can Goku tank a Hakai?
In summation. While Goku would be unable to survive a true Hakai blast as seen in Dragon Ball Super, it seems as though he can survive the weakened version of Destruction Energy. Beerus did save Goku from this energy in the end, yet the Saiyan showed no signs of being unable to handle the energy himself.
Hakai is able to instantly destroy the body and even souls of mortals and low-tier Gods, which can be seen in action when Beerus uses the technique on Zamasu and the ghost of Dr. Mashirito. Although the technique is first seen being used by Beerus, all Gods of Destruction can utilize the ability.
As Gods of Destruction, they possess the power to destroy almost anything with little effort, even intangible beings such as souls. People killed by Hakai do not go to Other World and simply cease to exist.
The only things that historians know with certainty, are that Zeno had a Greek name, a Greek higher education and that there is no evidence he knew a language other than Greek. His father, Mnaseas, had a name ambiguously meaningful both in Phoenician ("one causing to forget") and in Greek ("mindful").
It is thought that Grand Zeno erased these six universes because their mortal levels were too low and it was easier to manage 12 universes instead of 18. This does not seem to be a very good reason since it would be easy to send Angels to help oversee certain universes that seem to be causing too much trouble.
Background. Monaka was initially described as being a hero of his home world planet, Wagashi. At some point in his past, he was said to have fought against the God of Destruction Beerus. He managed to cause Beerus trouble, which makes him later claim Monaka as the strongest fighter he's ever faced.
There's basically no counter for Hakai, and once it starts, it will result in the target's erasure. It's only supposed to be used in emergencies because of its deadly impact.
The only known way to survive Beerus' hakai is to be some type of immortal.
Going by the facts offered by the last chapter, it can be argued that Goku has fought against opponents with equal or more strength than Saitama's in Dragon Ball's history. So a single Serious Punch from the bald hero would not be enough to destroy him as of yet.
If we move our arms inwards in an attempt to punch ourselves, it produces less force. Also, our brains would reactively reduce the force if it realizes that we're punching ourselves - which means that Saitama can likely never punch himself with his full power, and thus be able to survive his own punch.
Who can survive Saitama's death punch?
Boros. Boros was the first on-screen opponent of Saitama that survived after getting punched, much to his surprise. In his fight with Saitama, Boros was hit with 3 normal punches, a Consecutive Normal Punches attack, as well as the shockwave from the hero's Serious Punch.
This chapter confirms that Vegeta considered his life-long employment under Frieza (the man who committed planetary genocide against his people) to be his greatest regret. In fact, Vegeta broke down in tears at the thought of spending his whole life helping the being who killed his entire race.
Toppo's hakai didn't completely destroy Frieza because he tweaked the power of the attack in order to avoid erasing Frieza from existence, resulting in disqualification.
Both abilities are godly attacks that destroy anything, but superman can survive it.
Gohan didn't stand a chance against Jiren in the Tournament of Power, but Gohan Beast is another story. Gohan Beast seems to be the only one who can defeat Cell MAX, another character who Jiren would likely struggle against.
Could Goku let Jiren purposely kill his friends and restore them afterward with the dragon balls? Jiren would've been disqualified because of the no killing rule… so he would be been eliminated much quicker.
Whis is the Angel Attendant of Universe Seven' God of Destruction, Beerus. He is easily the strongest in Universe Seven, with his strength going beyond that of even Beerus. Whis knows Ultra Instinct, which makes his skills surpass that of even Goku. He can likely destroy anything and anyone he wants, including Jiren.
Goku will eventually learn Autonomous Ultra Instinct, and this will be his most powerful form through the rest of Dragon Ball. While somewhat underwhelming, it would be nice to finally end Goku's journey to becoming the strongest while series creator Akira Toriyama is alive to see it.
But now that Ultra Instinct no longer limits this, it's possible that Goku can now achieve a higher form of Super Saiyan while under Ultra Instinct's control.
Gohan has matched and surpassed Goku at least several times. Gohan as a kid got angry enough enough to actually hurt his uncle, Raditz. Meanwhile, Goku couldn't even put any meaningful damage into his brother, Raditz. Gohan surpassed Goku at this point, but it was temporary because Gohan couldn't yet control his power.
Who is stronger than Goku Mui?
Many fans consider Jiren to be stronger than Goku based on the exceptional abilities and feats that he demonstrated in the Tournament of Power arc. He possesses an overwhelming amount of power and strength. His raw physical abilities, immeasurable ki, and mastery of various martial arts techniques.
If the Flash were to fight Goku, he would immediately have the upper hand. Goku might be fast, but with the Flash's connection to the Speed Force, he can turn any battle to his favor. He could even drag Goku into the Speed Force, where he would be much stronger and finish off his anime foe.
In the Broly movie, Gogeta fought against Broly, and it was evident that there was a massive power difference between the two. Broly, while strong, was absolutely no match for Gogeta Blue. In a drawn-out battle, Broly would run out of steam first.
Well, according to the movie, Beerus used 70% of his power. But this was when Toriyama had no idea what to do for Super, so that reading is obsolete.
Back when BoG was released, it was stated that Beerus had to use 70% of his power to defeat Goku as a Super Saiyan God. Toriyama even stated that he considers Goku as a SSJG to be 60% as strong as Beerus, and in RF, Whis even suggested that Goku and Vegeta could defeat Beerus if they teamed up.
When it comes to True Hakai power, it's a foregone conclusion that anything hit with this power will be instantly destroyed. There are simply too many examples of this throughout DBS already, and will likely continue to be displayed. As a result, Goku would be unable to survive this form of Hakai exposure.
Yep, he can. Goku went Ultra Instinct while still in Super Saiyan God in the recent chapter in DBS manga. And Vegeta said that It becomes more accurate when used with a “Super Saiyan form", implying that it can also be used with the normal Super Saiyan forms.
It's clear that Goku has attained multiversal level status as of Dragon Ball Super.
Thus, it is safe to say that Limit-breaker Saitama cannot beat Goku in his Ultra Instinct form. It is far too powerful a transformation to contend with. Even if Bald Cape lands his Zero Punch, Goku has been seen multiple times being more than capable of taking a hit.
Goku achieves the ability to use Ultra Instinct Sign at will during his training with Merus, a trainee Angel who also possesses the Ultra Instinct ability.
What is stronger than Goku Mui?
1) Granolah. Granolah is one of the newest characters introduced in the Dragon Ball Super manga, and a former antagonist. He remains the sole survivor of the Cerealian race after the Saiyans annihilated them. After he made a wish to Toronbo, he became the strongest mortal in Dragon Ball's Universe 7.
Goku: 76, even though you might think his IQ could be even lower sometimes, he often proves he can do some smart things too, especially while fighting and especially during DBZ.
In a physical fight, Goku would annihilate Doctor Strange because he is not a hand-to-hand fighter, but Strange doesn't need to rely on his fists to beat Goku. As a master of the mystic arts, Dr. Strange's source of power comes from magic, and with it, he can use a multitude of abilities.
First off, there is no evidence which states UE is stronger than MUI, but they are kind of both based off of Instinct and a State of being from being in a specific mindset[Only flaw - loss of focus = form deactivation]…
If it's the anime, then there is no doubt that MUI Goku has surpassed Beerus. Various pieces of promotional material state that Jiren had surpassed the Gods of Destruction (referring to plural not singular) and Goku was able to beat him.
Goku is an extraterrestrial being who has to lose a fight in order to get stronger. Saitama is a man that can defeat any foe with a single punch. If the two of them were to face off in a one-on-one battle, Saitama would easily win.
1 Killer Move: Serious Series
He also has a “serious punch,” one that is extremely powerful. It completely neutralized Boros' planetary attack and split skies on a global scale; it also blew Boros apart. He also split the oceans with it and obliterated the Elder Centipede, one of the Dragon-level threats.
