Frieza was the first mortal we saw on screen who survive a Hakai. During an ambush, Universe 9 planned to get rid of Universe 7's last team member, Frieza was directly hit by the technique and was able to stop its course for a while, until it swallowed him whole.
The only known way to survive Beerus' hakai is to be some type of immortal.
Beerus, the first god of destruction in Dragon Ball Super, is naturally number one. His hakai ability has been demonstrated with him destroying the soul of Doctor Masharito and Zamasu. He destroys planets with ease and can even concentrate his hakai down to just barely destroying Vegeta's armor when training him.
When it comes to True Hakai power, it's a foregone conclusion that anything hit with this power will be instantly destroyed. There are simply too many examples of this throughout DBS already, and will likely continue to be displayed. As a result, Goku would be unable to survive this form of Hakai exposure.
Is Jiren immune to Hakai? Jiren is the only mortal being to be above a God of destruction, meaning it is almost impossible for the Hakai to affect him.
For years, anime fans have questioned whether or not Goku can beat Saitama, and he most definitely can. After achieving his Perfected Super Saiyan Blue form, Goku gained the ability to use Hakai, which is used by Gods of Destruction to erase beings from existence. Even Saitama cannot survive such an ability.
In the manga, Goku initially believes that Hakai can destroy an immortal like Future Zamasu, but Beerus later confirms it cannot. In the anime, Goku believes it cannot destroy an immortal, which Whis then indirectly supports by saying they have a sealing technique to deal with Zamasu.
Boomstick: while Superman resisted and even had counters to many of his attacks like hakai and his fire based ki and he was faster , via being in the sextillions of MFTL , while Beerus was only in the Quadrillions, his speed wasn't enough .
There's basically no counter for Hakai, and once it starts, it will result in the target's erasure. It's only supposed to be used in emergencies because of its deadly impact.
Are angels immune to hakai?
They have an immunity for the hakai technique. Thats why even when Zeno told the rules of the tournament they where not scared (this was before Beerus asked about the faith of the angels). They already knew that Zeno cant harm them. In the entire series Whis and Vados have never shown to be scared for Zeno.
The only upside I can see to the Spirit Bomb is that it doesn't completely sap you of your energy, unlike Hakai which practically rendered Goku immobile. However both these attacks are more or less last ditch efforts to take down an enemy who is far more powerful than you.
Background. Monaka was initially described as being a hero of his home world planet, Wagashi. At some point in his past, he was said to have fought against the God of Destruction Beerus. He managed to cause Beerus trouble, which makes him later claim Monaka as the strongest fighter he's ever faced.
Vegeta was too strong to be erased by the level of Toppo's Hakaishin form. The power of Toppo's Hakai is not strong enough to erase Vegeta. This is probably because how Ki/chi works in Dragon Ball wherein when someone has tremendous amount of Ki, the user can counter almost any assault the opponent can throw at.
TLDR: Toppo was holding back Hakai to not destroy Vegeta but just nullify his attacks, Vegeta used SSB aura to burn through the Hakai.
Hakai is able to instantly destroy the body and even souls of mortals and low-tier Gods, which can be seen in action when Beerus uses the technique on Zamasu and the ghost of Dr. Mashirito. Although the technique is first seen being used by Beerus, all Gods of Destruction can utilize the ability.
1) Beerus. Although Jiren is said to be able to defeat a God of Destruction, it's unlikely Beerus is at risk of suffering that defeat. Beerus has yet to use 100% of his powers in Dragon Ball Super thus far, whereas Jiren at 100% struggled against Mastered Ultra Instinct (MUI) Goku.
Toppo's hakai didn't completely destroy Frieza because he tweaked the power of the attack in order to avoid erasing Frieza from existence, resulting in disqualification.
In Dragon Ball Super, Jiren is said to be a mortal who is stronger than a God of Destruction. Because of this, he is rumored to be able to beat his own God of Destruction, Belmod, and possibly Beerus.
If we move our arms inwards in an attempt to punch ourselves, it produces less force. Also, our brains would reactively reduce the force if it realizes that we're punching ourselves - which means that Saitama can likely never punch himself with his full power, and thus be able to survive his own punch.
Can lava hurt Saitama?
Can lava kill Saitama? Now if we take the average temperature of the lava when it's expulsed from a volcano, this temperature is around 1200°C. Conclusion: Saitama MAY die from asphyxia (space, underwater), but we didn't see him hold his breath long enough to see him panic.
Boros. Boros was the first on-screen opponent of Saitama that survived after getting punched, much to his surprise. In his fight with Saitama, Boros was hit with 3 normal punches, a Consecutive Normal Punches attack, as well as the shockwave from the hero's Serious Punch.
In the manga version of the Universal Conflict Saga, Fused Zamasu implies that his immortality allowed him to survive Future Zeno's Erase.
He would've killed Merged Zamasu. Hakai, if the one using the technique is powerful enough, can kill anyone even those that are immortal.
As Gods of Destruction, they possess the power to destroy almost anything with little effort, even intangible beings such as souls. People killed by Hakai do not go to Other World and simply cease to exist.
Beerus himself states that hakai wouldn't work on immortal beings. In a biological sense Doomsday is already immortal; similar to certain species of jellyfish, he never appears to weaken or wither from age. He is thousands of years old and appears exactly the same as he was beforehand.
Hakai basically erases a character from existence. So while not technically “killing” Deadpool , he still gets rid of him. Theoretically, he could jump out of the panel into the intervening space (or a different panel) to escape it.
Can Beerus erase the true form of Darkseid with Hakai? No. He can't. Darkseid is pretty much bigger than beerus, by a WIDE margin.
Current Vegito and Gogeta from Dragon Ball will be able to defeat Beerus. Quite some time has passed since the Tournament of Power and although there has been no new Dragon Ball anime announced, the manga of the series is going strong and has laid out some interesting power scaling tropes for our heroes.
So, Goku's counter would be speed. If the opponent is faster than the amaterasu user's vision, then they can out speed the flames. That's what Ay did in the 5 kage summit.
Why doesn't Goku use hakai?
Because it's not Hakai, it's Degeneration. It's only effective against people that have high levels of regen. Thus making the technique FAIR and not broken like hakai, because if Goku learns hakai the anime will basically END there.
Deus ex machina is the most powerful character in Future Diary. He is known as the ruler of Time and Space. His control over these domains allows him to create the Future Diaries. Due to his ability to warp reality, he can defeat Ultra Instinct Goku as easily as Featherine.
Strength. With Ultra Ego being the tool of Dragon Ball Super's Gods of Destruction and focusing on intent and wills, Ultra Ego is likely the superior form in terms of strength. While Ultra Instinct is still quite strong and respectable, that form relies more on dodges and counters to succeed.
While Ultra Ego gives the user more strength when they take more damage, it has been shown that a user can be overwhelmed and defeated by an attack that is quite strong. This was shown when Vegeta was overwhelmed and defeated by Frieza in his newly unveiled Black Frieza transformation.
They have an immunity for the hakai technique. Thats why even when Zeno told the rules of the tournament they where not scared (this was before Beerus asked about the faith of the angels). They already knew that Zeno cant harm them.
Beerus also has incredible control over Hakai. He can use it on characters immortal characters such as Zamasu and completely erase their existence. However, this technique can be resisted.
Both abilities are godly attacks that destroy anything, but superman can survive it.
So even a weaker creature can make hakai a joke. But the full power hakai is so powerfull. Stonger people can be hakai-ed if they are not giving any struggle.
The only things that historians know with certainty, are that Zeno had a Greek name, a Greek higher education and that there is no evidence he knew a language other than Greek. His father, Mnaseas, had a name ambiguously meaningful both in Phoenician ("one causing to forget") and in Greek ("mindful").
Future Zeno, alongside Present Zeno, are among the most powerful beings in the entire Dragon Ball franchise. He is able to erase anything from existence, as seen when he erased Infinite Zamasu, along with all the future timeline's universes and the entire future timeline.
Can Hakai destroy a planet?
With the more advanced Hakai that releases destructive power - as he has only recently begun learning the technique - Vegeta can only destroy small/weak objects like rocks and large logs, Granolah can destroy very large boulders, while the God of Destruction Beerus can use Hakai on entire decorative planets, releasing ...
The key point of this is when he envelopes his fist in SSB aura and it punches through a ball of Hakai. You could say he was letting the SSB aura get destroyed there, so that a clean punch would survive the Hakai and land on Toppo.
