Been using these backpack liners for years. I do not use stuff sacks. All of my downy goodness and clothes go in the backpack before I twist the liner off. Food and rain gear go next. I have never had a bag leak on me and I have 100 percent confidence in these liners. These are a must have for me.

In roughly 2,200 miles, I’ve gone through two of these liners. The first separated at the bottom, and the second got a cut in it. I love that they’re 100% waterproof, durable, and lightweight. I was worried about the crinkle, but never noticed any sound when it was in my pack. A little loud when actually packing it, but that’s a minute long ordeal, in a 24 hour day.
I don’t think you could get a better pack liner for any price. I will continue to use these for as long as I backpack.

Not sure if there's anything that can compares in terms of finding that sweet spot between durability, weight, and water resistence. These things work excellent for my needs, and the price is fair for what you're getting. I get a lot of uses out of one liner. Always a pleasure buying from Litesmith.

  7. Big enough to line a pack and keep bears safe.Nylofume® Pack Liner Bags (8)

Posted by SlowBro on 25th Sep 2021

Great product. As a pack liner, plenty big enough for a 60L pack and durable enough for a 400 mile trek. Kept everything dry in the pack. Used a second one to line my food sack, we were in grizzly country. Glad to say no bears visited our campsites during the month. So I'd say odor-proof, too. I don't think you will find a lighter alternative.

Got caught in a torrential downpour, and everything in my pack stayed dry thanks to this liner. The extra few ounces are totally worth the peace of mind, and simply a great product and a great value.
